Welcome to the website of our FIR 2014-2016 research project. The project’s full title reads as follows ‘Living in-between Laws: towards a Transnational Model of Ius Migrandi’. Our objective is the study of a normative model of ius migrandi in a transnational perspective, which could shape and characterize the European legal order in its interaction with national and international law systems. The project, hosted at the University of Catania Law School, receives funding through a two year research grant and assembles an interdisciplinary research team.
